Where's My Order?


We really do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.  Orders placed before 8pm are packaged up and prepared for mail carrier pick up the next day.  Orders placed before 11am typically will go out that same day.  This excludes Sundays and holidays.

Items that are in-stock in our warehouse are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items shipped from the manufacturer generally take longer depending on the manufacturer and their policies. If you want to know if your boot is shipping from the manufacturer please call us. In most cases you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.  If your order contains multiple items it is possible you will receive several tracking numbers.

Your order will be updated with shipment information as soon as it is available.  Please note; once a package leaves our warehouse we do not have any control over how long it takes to actually arrive at the location. Even if you have paid for express shipping you should know that currently there are delays currently across the US due to shortages in staffing and weather issues.  This is out of our control.  We are doing the best we can under these difficult circumstances and we greatly appreciate understanding even when you may be disappointed.

When you get your tracking number remember that the actual delivery times may vary based on location. We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times.

Some items within the same order may ship in separate packages and therefore may show a different status and / or shipping method. From the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.
