RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us.  Items may be returned within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund will only be for the purchase price of the items, we do not refund shipping costs. Items must be in new condition with tags still attached and, if applicable, still in the original packaging.  Altered or worn products may not be returned.  Boot boxes must not be taped or have any shipping labels when returning them to our store. If a manufacturer’s defect is detected please call before returning merchandise. Upon inspection of the merchandise we may refund all the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping when sending their merchandise to our store to exchange. Items must be in new condition with tags still attached and, if applicable, still in the original packaging. Altered or worn products may not be exchanged. Boots boxes must not be taped or have any shipping labels when returning them to our store.
